Beyond working tirelessly to provide the best claim settlements possible, we are on a mission to educate the general public on the acts of carriers that do not have the insured's best interest in mind when settling claims. We are also teaching and assisting with navigating the insurance claims process, because, from an insured’s point of view, the claims process is daunting at best, is exhausting, frustrating, and can quickly become a full-time job.
One example is the deadlines in the insurance policy that the carriers know will be missed by their insureds, and that may give the right of the carrier to deny the claim. The insurance policy is purposefully written in a way to be almost impossible for an inexperienced layman to understand, thereby giving the carrier the upper hand in underpaying and/or denying the claim.
